Paul A. McKenna

Paul A. McKenna heads the litigation department and has obtained the Martindale Hubbell “AV” rating, indicating the highest recognition of special expertise in practice areas and ethical conduct.  Mr. McKenna’s litigation skills have been recognized by his inclusion in The Million Dollar Advocate’s Forum whose membership is restricted to attorneys who have obtained million dollar verdicts at trial.  Mr. McKenna has several million dollar verdicts and also a multi-million dollar commercial verdict which was obtained with the Firm’s founder, Joseph H. Ganguzza.

Elizabeth Lopez

Elizabeth Lopez heads the real estate, foreclosure and condominium association departments and is an authorized agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.  Mrs. Lopez serves as General Counsel to over 60 South Florida condominium and HOA associations and handles real estate closing and foreclosures for several national asset management companies and national institutional lenders.
